* Do not forget that you need a special EU stamp for mail to another EU country. From other countries outside the EU make sure you put on enough postage. An "Air Mail" sticker is also a good idea.

When leaving a message on my 'phone please speak SLOWLY AND CLEARLY and leave sufficient information about your request and how to contact you. And still call again if I don't get back to you within a day as I may be having a difficulty.
