Spineworks Treatments:
Spineworks addresses non-specific pain - of the back and other parts of the body. It is a holistic physical therapy with a neuro-muscular approach and a focus through the spine.

This approach stimulates the healing processes of the body thus evaporating pain, relieving muscle spasm, and speeding the healing processes.

Muscles give us our ability to move and also (contrarily) hold us upright and stable. They are a primary source of pain, discomfort and disability. Muscles burn energy: tight muscles burn more energy. To relieve pain, muscles must be released. Only then can the structure gently be realigned.

To release and relax muscle, Spineworks connects into each person’s own healing mechanism allowing their system the time to let go of holding patterns. The number of sessions required by each person will be different but you will keep reviewing progress as they continue.

Many of my personal clients have been in chronic pain and "tried everything else" - allopathic, complementary, alternative. In the majority of these cases Spineworks has helped to ease or clear their pain. I can claim 90% success rate with these clients.

Spineworks training:

The training programme is aimed at practicing therapists and is very practical with as much hands-on work as possible. You will also receive theory and the ideas behind the techniques. Bodywork is about more than technique so practice, case studies and dedication are all part of the students' development. Some of the things you will learn are:

The importance of muscle spasm and how to release it

The importance of the spine and non-force vertebral realignment

 Neck techniques (inc for whiplash)

Pelvis release and realignment

Movement techniques and ideas

* Spineworks was so called because there is a spinal component at some level with every problem. Remember that the nerves start off by coming down the spine and branching out through holes in it.

Spineworks can help:
Back pain & Back problems

Leg-length differences

Whiplash injuries
Sciatica and similar RSI. Frozen Shoulder etc Headaches and Migraine
Scoliosis, kyphosis,Lordosis Physical pain Pelvis problems
